一、teaching aims
1. a watch ,a wallet,a teapot,a calculator ,a skateboard, acomb,a,mirror,a hairdryer
2. this … is from….who are they from?
3. 了解西方國家送禮與受禮的風俗,培養學生良好的文明禮儀。
二、teaching key points:
8個有關日常用品的單詞和this … is from….who are theyfrom?這兩個句型。
三、teaching difficulties
calculator , skateboard,hairdryer這三個單詞較長,發音有一定難度。以及把這三個單詞放入句型中的讀音。
四、teaching preparation
1. 教師準備:教學圖片,圣誕老人服飾,一個禮物袋,有關日用品的實物。課件。
2. 學生準備:每人一張紙條和一份禮物。預習單詞,查字典,給單詞標上音標。
五、teaching procedure:
step 1.warming up
1. sing a song “we wish you a merry christmas”.
[設計意圖]課前唱歡快的英語歌曲,既可以調節情緒、活躍氣氛,又能使學生快速進入英語狀態。

同法滲透其他名詞性物主代詞。
[設計意圖]通過教師的生日禮物,鞏固舊知,引出新知。必須指出的是本單元的名詞性物主代詞既是重點,又是難點,學生很難一下子掌握,這里出現一是為了提前滲透,二是為下面的聽課文作好準備。

a.單詞教學
1. 導入:
t:oh,boys and girls, christmas iscoming.what would you like as a christmaspresent?
s:i”d like …
t:jim’s family were very happy onchristmas day .let’s watch the cartoons.
2. 學生觀看錄象,初步體會課文內容。
3. 教師提問:what are the presents?let’s open the box and have alook。
4. 學生選擇一個盒子,打開一個,教師就教一個單詞。 a watch ,a wallet,a teapot,a calculator ,askateboard, a comb,a,mirror,a hairdryer
5. 教師或示范朗讀,或請學生做小老師,學生跟讀單詞。教 skateboard,teapot,hairdryer時,把單詞拆一拆,合一合。
6. 單詞鞏固一:
t:guess,what is it?it’s not big.people putmoney and cards in it.what is it?
s:it’s a wallt.
教師可準備四個猜物謎語。
7. 單詞鞏固二:
小組合作學習,學生在小組長的帶領下,用最有效的辦法記憶單詞。
[設計意圖]小組合作學習能發揮優秀學生的長處,兼顧到個別落后學生。為了小組的利益,誰都會積極主動的記憶單詞,變“要我學”為“我要學”。
