教學準備:教師:課件、單詞和句型卡片、兩把梳子、一面鏡子。
學生:梳子、鏡子、計算器。
教學過程:

6.let’s look at some pictures.播放一些有關圣誕節的圖片。
7.播放完圖片后問:what’s the festival?
8.when’s christmas?
9.what do people usually do at christmas?
10.出示jim一家的照片說:on christmas day, jim’s family were at home. this is jim. this is mum. this is dad. this is grandma. this is grandpa. after lunch, they opened their presents under the christmas tree.

a. 學單詞teapot, wallet, watch, hairdryer, skateboard和句型whose … is it? it’s hers/his.
1. 出示一只茶壺說:look, what’s this? it’s a teapot.
教teapot, tea-pot-teapot. 板書:teapot
whose teapot is it? 板書:whose … is it?
看照片說:it’s grandma’s. it’s hers.
教hers, her-hers-it’s hers. 板書:it’s hers.read the sentences.
拿起一個女生的書問:whose book is it? 其他同學回答。
2. 出示一只皮夾子說:look, what’s this? it’s a wallet.
教wallet, 與wall比較a的發音。板書:wallet
whose wallet is it?
看照片說:it’s grandpa’s. it’s his.
教his-it’s his. 板書:his.
read the sentences.
拿起一個男生的筆問:whose pencil is it? 其他同學回答。
3.出示一只手表說:look, what’s this?

教watch 板書:watch
who can ask? 讓學生提問。
出示whose watch is it? guess.多讓幾個人猜。
