一、單元教學目標
1、能力目標
（1）能夠簡單介紹人物職業，如she’s a cleaner.
（2）能夠運用句型。“what does your mother do?where does she work?how does she go to work?”等詢問他人的工作情況，并給出相應回答。
（3）能夠按要求較好完成group work等活動。
（4）能夠聽懂、會唱歌曲“my family”。
2、知識目標
（1）能夠掌握a、b部分let’s learn,let’s talk中的四會單詞句子.
（2）能夠聽、說、認讀a、b部分 let’s talk,let’s read中的白體句子。
（3）了解元音和輔音的發音并讀出例詞。
（4）了解story time,good to know等部分的內容。
3、情感、策略、文化等有關目標
（1）情感態度：熱愛生活、尊重他人勞動。
（2）學習策略：能積極與他人合作，運用所學英語進行交流，共同完成學習任務。
（3）文化目標：了解英語中職業名稱對于不同性別的差異。
二、單元內容分析
1、  本單元教學重點是使學生掌握一些職業英語表達并就此展開相關討論，重點句型是：what does your mother do?where does she work?how does she go to work?讓學生在任務活動中熟練運用不同句型進行交流是本單元的難點。
2、  在教學中可結合本冊學生用書第一單元內容，以“how do you go to school?” 等相關知識點為“how does he go to work?”的教學做鋪墊，還可以結合本冊第二單元內容，在本單元話題的基礎上適當拓展延伸，如：where’s her company?it’s next to the…等。
