一、教材分析:在book 2 unit 2,學生已掌握了father/mother/grandfather(grandpa)/grandmother(grandma)
/sister/brother等單詞,所以本節課意在鞏固舊知,學習新知,讓學生學習uncle\aunt等新成員,并了解family的意義,更要讓他們感受到:家是和愛緊密相連的。
二、教學設計:
1.教學目標:
能夠聽、說、認、讀本課時的五個單詞:family parents uncle aunt baby brother。 會用英語簡單地介紹自己的家庭成員。
2.教學重點、難點:
句型:come and meet my family; this is my…
單詞:parents/uncle/aunt
3.教學準備:
本課生詞的單詞卡片、配套的教學課件、錄音帶、學生的家庭成員照片、視頻資料和一把上端貼著紅色愛心,愛心上寫這i love you的用來做游戲的小拍子。
4.教學過程:
(引入競爭機制,課前有意將學生分成四個組:strong team/tall team/kind team/beautiful team,并隨時評價。這種方法不僅能很快把學生帶入課堂狀態,且能為后面的介紹家庭成員做好形容詞的積累。)
warm-up:

[設計意圖:生動有趣的歌曲加上輕松的greeting能夠拉進師生間的距離,緩減學生的緊張,渲染英語學習氣氛,使學生的注意力馬上集中到課堂上來,并為后面新授內容做了鋪墊。]presentation:
step1: 從感恩節回家探望引入,學習新詞baby brother.
t: i’m very happy now, because thanksgiving day is coming. do you know thanksgiving day? (ss: no.) let’s know it! read it together!
(多媒體體課件顯示thanksgiving day的中文介紹,讓學生在輕快的音樂伴奏中學習這個別具特色的西方節日)
t: on that day, i can go home and see my mother、father、sister and baby brother。(ppt呈現一個房子) 。look, this is my baby brother. is he lovely? (ppt 呈現baby brother哭的圖片和單詞)
ss: yes.
(分組讀,單個讀baby brother,抽查學生的發音情況,及時糾正)
用brother推出 mother,用雙層卡片的形式引導學生發現兩個單詞的相同和不同點。
[設計意圖:為課文設置一條主線thanksgiving day,因為那是西方舉家團圓的日子,也和我們這堂課的i love my family的情感主題相一致。]
step2: 復習舊知,學習新詞parents.
t: is my baby brother happy?
ss: no, he is sad. (ppt 中顯示的baby brother在哭)
t: because he want sb. he want who?
(ppt顯示baby brother在喊:i want my……)
ss: i want my father/ mother/ sister/grandfather/grandmother……
(引導學生說出舊知,每當出現一個單詞,舉起已準備好的單詞卡片領讀幾遍,并把卡片貼在事先畫好的family tree上)
t: look, is my baby brother happy now?
ss: yes, he’s very happy. (ppt 顯示一家人和在一起的照片)
t: baby love his father and mother, baby love his parents. (ppt設計: 把father 和mother用紅色愛心圈出來,飄起來后合在一起,再呈現單詞parents,領讀、抽讀,強調ar的發音和小尾巴s)
t: ok, happy time! (ppt 播放chant:father and mother)
