4、let’s play （趣味操練）
活動七：聽力判斷
教學(xué)參考時間：2—3 分鐘
教師指導(dǎo)學(xué)生完成教材p53 的let’s check的練習(xí)。錄音內(nèi)容如下：
hello, amy. this is aunt cathy. how’s everybody?
everybody is busy. i am doing homework. mom is cooking dinner. dad is reading a book. sister is writing a letter.
can i speak to your mom, please?
sure. hold on please.
question:
what is amy doing?
what is her mother doing?
what is her father doing?
what is her sister doing?
活動八：星期天早上
教學(xué)參考時間：3—4 分鐘
師生一起歸納本單元的動詞短語ing形式，并寫在黑板上，如：cooking dinner, cleaning the bedroom, washing clothes, doing the dishes, writing an e-mail 等。教師簡單介紹背景：it’s sunday morning. everybody is busy. what are they doing? ，讓學(xué)生拿出自己家庭成員的照片，一邊介紹一邊把照片貼在對應(yīng)的短語旁，如：mom is washing clothes.
活動九：胡亂搭配
教學(xué)參考時間：2—3 分鐘
每名學(xué)生準(zhǔn)備三張紙，在三張紙條上分別寫上自己的名字，正在做的動作和一個方位詞，如：amy, watching tv, in the desk 。學(xué)生將自己的三張紙分別放在三個盒子里。每名學(xué)生任意從三個盒子里分別抽取一張紙條，根據(jù)紙條的內(nèi)容說一句話，如：amy is watching tv in the desk.，看誰的句子最有趣。
5、consolidation and extension （擴展活動）
活動十：組內(nèi)表演
教學(xué)參考時間：2—3 分鐘
學(xué)生6人一組，每3個人扮演一個家庭，兩個家庭背對背站好。游戲開始，每個家庭的第一個學(xué)生手拿一張紙卷成的模擬電話聽筒，開始打電話。其他學(xué)生分別任意做一個動作。一名拿模擬電話聽筒的學(xué)生說：hi. this is …. can i speak to …, please?，對方家庭接電話的學(xué)生根據(jù)被點名的學(xué)生正在做的動作作答：sure. he/she is …. please hold on. 然后將模擬電話聽筒傳給被點到名字的學(xué)生。依此類推，直至每名學(xué)生都接過電話為止。
活動十一：練一練
教學(xué)參考時間：3—4 分鐘
做本單元b read and write 部分的活動手冊第38頁的配套練習(xí)。
教師講解題目要求。
教師播放錄音，做listen, read and write 部分的練習(xí)。要求按所聽內(nèi)容填空。
再次播放，讓學(xué)生糾正填空內(nèi)容。
鼓勵學(xué)生自己讀讀所寫句子。
