(reading is an important skill for the students in grade 5, in daily teaching i also pay attention to the ss’ reading skills, which can train the ss’ good sense of english.)
4.play a game:” act and guess.”
(games are fun for children and are very useful and important for learning. it is not because they are fun. it is partly because fun elements create a desire to communicate and partly because games can create unpredictability. )

2.do a survey
when the ss do the interview, ask them finish the survey. who runs fast? who jumps high? who jumps long? please do a survey.
