第一課時
課時目標
1. 能聽、說、讀、寫單詞“old”,“young”,“kind”,“funny”和“strict”。
2. 能在創設的實際情景中靈活運用句型“who’s your art / english / maths / science / music / … teacher?”,“is he / she young / old / funny / kind / strict / …?”,激發學生進一步了解各科老師的欲望,融洽師生關系。
3. 能完成“ask and answer”部分的對話任務。
4. 培養學生自主學習、合作學習的意思和能力,幫助學生樹立學好英語的自信心。

1. 教師準備多媒體課件、錄音機和錄音帶、詞卡。
2. 教師準備各科教材和各科老師的照片。
3. 學生準備畫筆和畫紙。
教學過程
一、課前熱身(warm-up)
1. free talk
t: good morning, everyone. welcome back to school. how are you today?
ss: fine, thank you.
t: nice to see you again. w w w .x k b 1.c o m
ss: nice to see you, too.
t: this is the first class of our new term. what grade are you in now?
ss: we are in grade five now.
2. 簡單介紹各科老師。
t: now let me ask and you answer. (出示英語書) what’s this?
ss: it’s an english book.
t: and i teach you english. so i am your…
ss: english teacher.
然后教師出示其他科目老師的照片和相應的課本,和學生進行類似的對話。
二、課前預習(preview)
師生就各科老師的體貌特征進行問答練習,如:
t: who’s your music teacher?
ss: …
t: is he / she thin / fat / tall / short / …?
ss: yes, he / she is. (no, he / she isn’t.)
t: now read after me. thin, thin (fat, fat / tall, tall / short, short). my music teacher is thin (fat / tall / short).

教師用多媒體課件分別出示動畫片《喜羊羊和灰太狼》中羊村村長和喜羊羊的圖片,與學生進行對話,如:
t: look at the man in the picture. (指著洋村村長的圖片) who is he?
ss: he’s manyangyang.
t: you’re right. look at manyangyang. he is old. read after me. manyangyang is old.
ss: manyangyang is old.
t: look at other picture. who is he?
ss: he’s xiyangyang.
t: is he old?
ss: no, he’s not old.
t: you’re right. he’s not old. he’s young. now read after me, please. xiyangyang is young.
