speech 用作可數(shù)名詞時(shí)，意為“演說(shuō)”(talk or address
given in public)。

speech 作不可數(shù)名詞用時(shí)，意為“語(yǔ)言；說(shuō)話的能力；
方式”等 (power, manner, act of speaking)。

8. trust vt. & vi. 相信；信任，信賴；有信心
don't trust him--he's not telling the truth.
