a. free talk:
1、出示圖片：t：t：what`s this？
s：it`s a carrot.
2、繼續出示圖片：
t：what are these？
s：they are carrots.結合教學光盤上這部分的內容，點擊相關圖片，請學生以男、女生或同桌對話的形式練習。2、對照b部分內容，以a carrot，a carrot，it`s a carrot.carrots，carrots ，they are carrots 的形式朗讀，加強記憶。b、learn to say1、結合教學光盤，點出蝴蝶動畫t：look，what`s that？點擊動畫錄音，it`s a butterfly.示范朗讀，再聽錄音朗讀，學生跟讀。逐一點出一只、兩只、三只等等，t：one，two，three，they are.示范朗讀，再聽錄音朗讀，學生跟讀。教師指著tv中的蝴蝶動畫t：what are those？引導學生用they are butterflies.回答
2、以相同方法教學其他單詞的單復數形式。3、以“what`s missing？”游戲鞏固單詞。
4、將本部分做成listen and number的練習鞏固。
5、以a環節中第2步驟中的方式練習朗讀，加強記憶。c.say a rhyme
1、播放歌謠，讓學生聽幾遍，初步認讀單詞birds，singsing等，
