第二課時一、教學目標與要求1.能夠聽、說、讀、寫“where does the rain come from? it comes from the clouds.”  能替換運用于水循環的整個過程。2.能夠完成task time。二、教學重、難點分析1.本課時需要重點掌握句型：where does the rain come from? it comes from the   clouds.要求學生能替換關鍵詞造新句并能在水循環的整個過程自如運用。2.本課時的難點是let's時部分，內容多，詞匯量大。建議教師多放幾遍錄音，適時給學生以提示。三、課前準備1.教師準備let's缸y部分的掛圖。2.教師準備a let's learn的單詞卡片。3.教師準備水循環實驗儀器：酒精燈一個、蓋量杯一個、水等。4.學生準備水彩筆、膠水、剪刀等工具。四、教學步驟和建議1.  熱身(warm-up)(1)教師放歌曲“little water drop”的錄音，學生跟唱。(2)日常口語練習。以下內容供參考：  where do you come from?  where does...come from?  教師可以向學生展示一些名人照片，利用第二個句型詢問名人的家鄉。2.預習(preview)  教師依次出示a let's learn部分的單詞卡片，學生齊讀后張貼在黑板上。然教師迅速拿走所有詞卡，請學生回憶并拼讀五個單詞。  let's try  (1)教師問：“what do you have for breakfast?'’請學生回答。教師說：“i usually    have bread and milk for breakfast.do you like bread? where does bread come from?”然后出示本部分的掛圖，手指面粉和小表的圖，讓學生猜一猜：   “what's this?”然后放let's try部分的錄音，錄音內容如下：    child：where does bread come from?    grandmother：bread comes from flour.    child：where does flour come from?    grandmother：flour comes from wheat.    child：where does wheat come from?    grandmother：farmers plant the seeds of wheat.then the plant grows.then we get wheat.    child：wow! i thought bread comes from the store!    錄音中有一些新的語言，教師不必花太多時間講解，讓學生理解即可。適當講解，帶領學生完成聽音編號的練習。    (2)完成標號練習后，教師可以指著本部分的三幅圖問：“where does bread/flour    come from?”引導學生回答：“it comes from…”3.  新課呈現(presentation)let’s talk(1)教師利用let’s try部分引出主句型：where does…come from? it comes from…教師板書問答句，帶讀后繼續提問：“where does apple juice/milk come from?”引導學生回答。(2)教師拿出rain的單詞卡片，貼在黑板上，問：“where does the rain come from?引導學生回答：“it comes from the clouds.”然后，教師將cloud的單詞卡片貼在黑板上。同樣的方法在問答的過程中將其他三張卡片依次貼在黑板，組成一個水循環過程的簡易圖。同桌之間根據單詞卡片的提示進行問答練習。(3)“你問我答”游戲    學生分成兩大組，站成兩列。兩列學生輪流針對水循環的過程提問，如：where does the vapour come from?it comes from the water.答上來可以得到一分，最后得分高的小組獲勝。(4)教師一邊演示水循環實驗的過程一邊用英文進行簡單講解。(5)教師放本部分的錄音，學生跟讀。(6)教師指導學生寫出水循環的過程，看誰寫得又快y.ae確。    group work學生分小組對水循環的過程進行問答練習，然后教師請每個小組選一名代表上臺,敘述水循環的簡單過程。4.  鞏固和延伸(consolidation and extension)“快速反應”游戲全班分四大組，各組分別命名為：water，vapour，cloud，rain。教師提問：“where does the cloud come from?”vapour小組的成員應迅速起立并回答：“it come from the vapour.”翻卡片，說句子教師把sun，stream，fiver，water，vapour，cloud，rain等圖片面朝下貼在黑板上，請兩個學生隨意翻開其中的兩張，然后把這兩個單詞作為水循環過程的起始點和結束點進行問答。如翻開的是water和vapour，學生就可以說：“where does the valour come from? it comes from the water in the river.”或者"how can the water become vapour? the sun shines and the water becomes vapour.”如果翻到的是water和rain兩張卡片，那么就要根據水循環的整個過程進行問答。task time讓學生參照課本說一說，做一做，制作一本精美的圖畫書送給教師、家長或朋友。做表述時可參考語言：today i'll tell you the story of rain.where does the rain come from? it comes from the clouds.the cloud comes from the vapour.and the vapour comes from the water.the sun shines，the water becomes hot and then becomes the vapour.(4)做本單元a let's talk部分的活動手冊配套練習。
