一、教學目標：

四、教學過程：

step 2 presentation
1 t: (show a picture of jack) look, do you remember this boy?
   yes, he is jack. he is ben’s cousin. he’s only six years old.
   how old are you, s1?
 s1: i’m thirteen years old.
 t: so you’re seven years older than him.
 teach: s1 is seven years older than jim.
2 t: this was the last day of the vacation. su hai wanted to have a walk. look, she met ben and his cousin jack. what did they talk about? let’s listen.
  ss: listen to para.1 and introduce the picture
  teach: have a chat
3 listen to the dialogue, and fill in the blanks.
4 read after the tape.
5 read the dialogue and conclude the meanings of each paragraph.
  1) greetings.
  2) talking about su hai’s twin sister su yang.
    teach: twin, look the same, minute
    t: oh, su hai is taller than su yang. who’s taller, you or your classmate?  do you have a cousin? who’s younger? who’s shorter? who’s stronger? are you as tall as your best friend?
  3) talking about jack and his brother.

    t: look! this is my child. she’s a good girl. you are also my children.

課前思考：本節(jié)課將新授parta，文中包含的信息量教大，知識點較多。韓老師的導入非常自然，先出示jack的圖片，然后talk about him，解決文中的個別知識點，在學生還未學課文前就解決個別知識難點，有助于學生整體掌握課文。出示完圖片以后，開始進入課文學習環(huán)節(jié)，聽音填空。個人覺得還可以進行第二次聽音訓練，教師可在學生聽之前提一些問題，也可將問題制成表格，一方面可以幫助學生自己檢查之前的填空，另一方面，學生帶著問題聽錄音，會更有目的性，便于進一步理解掌握課文。
