教師做出很開心的表情問學生：look at me！ how do i feel? 學生說：you look happy.教師馬上說：yes, because you did a good job. 教師再做出不開心的表情問學生：look at me now. how do i feel? 學生回答：you are sad. 教師說：yes, because i have a toothache. 并提示學生說：i am sorry to hear that.
請學生做出各種表情讓大家猜：look at me, how do i feel? 有人回答后教師啟發學生說一說產生這種心情的原因“because ….”。
學生分組互問互答，教師巡視指導。
活動七 let’s check
教學參考時間：4分鐘
呈現let’s check部分—1：sarah is not happy, she is sick. read the sentences and there are two things sarah should not do. find them, please. 學生閱讀句子選擇答案。
朗讀句子共同核對答案：go swimming. read many books.
呈現let’s check部分—2：how does amy feel? 學生閱讀后回答：she is sad.
