教師板書單詞：heavy heavier, light lighter.讓學生靜聽模仿跟讀。然后集體升降調朗讀。
4 運用剛才所學句型進行單詞操練，教師問，學生回答。

5 運用剛才所學句型和單詞小組內學生進行交流。
6 小組內學生匯報剛才所說的句型，分組進行，看哪組學生說的又流利、又正確。

d practice and consolidation練習和鞏固
1 讓學生聽錄音，模仿跟讀單詞。
2 游戲：
a：學生說形容詞他的同桌說出比較級。
b：分集團接龍說單詞。
3 再次讓學生聽錄音，模仿跟讀單詞。在學生跟讀中，糾正學生朗讀中出現的錯誤。
4 在學生能正確朗讀的基礎上讓升學自己總結部分形容詞比較級的變化規則。
六 布置作業：
1抄寫形容詞和他的比較級。
2 跟讀錄音。

四、課前準備：
1 準備錄音機和本課c部分的投影片。
2 課前寫好本課的課題。
五、教學過程：
a sing a song. 跟錄音機邊聽邊表演唱英文歌曲
b free talk. 師生交流
t: good morning, boys and girls.
ss: good morning,
t: nice to see you again.
ss: nice to see you, too.
t: what day is it today?
ss: it's monday.
t: are you as tall as ?？
t: who is taller ,you or tom??
t: who is younger ,you or su yang ??
s: i'm younger than su yang .
c revision復習會話
1 看a部分投影片，師生問答，討論會話。
2 讓學生試著復述a部分第一段。
3 學生小組內表演會話。
4 投影形容詞以及比較級，學生起升降調朗讀。
d presentation and drill新授和操練
1 教師出示c部分的圖片創設情景引出句型的操練：
t：look .who is he ? who is taller ,david or gao shan ?
ss:gao shan is.
t:who is taller than david?
這時學生就很容易回答了。用同樣的方法操練其他的形容詞。（thin ,old ,long ,fat ,short,young ）
