what’s your father?
my father is a doctor.
作業布置：
1.聽本課的錄音并跟讀。
2.把學到的歌曲唱給家長聽。
課堂小結：
本課時主要學習五個表示職業的單詞doctor, nurse, driver, farmer, baseball player及詢問某人的職業及回答的句型what’s he/she?。教師通過歌謠、歌曲和游戲來復習與本課時有關的單詞, 通過談論家庭引出家庭成員的職業。
第五課時
教學內容：
教學目標：1. 能聽、說、認讀本課句型is this your father?what’s your mother? he looks strong.并能在情景中運用。
2.能聽懂、會說本課對話，并在實際情景中運用。
3.理解會說let’s chant 部分內容。
教學重點：句型is this your…? what’s your…? he looks…
教學難點：句型：they look young. are they farmers?
教具準備：
1. 不同人物的圖片
2. 教材相配套的教學錄音帶
3. 單詞卡片
4. 學生帶父母親的單人照和家庭相冊。
5. 教材相配套的教學掛圖。
教學過程：
（一）熱身/復習（warm-up/revision）
1. 教師出示單詞卡，讓學生認讀單詞：baseball player, driver, doctor, farmer, nurse
2. let’s d act like a teacher/doctor/nurse/farmer/driver/baseball player.
（二）呈現新課 （presentation）
1. 教師提問：what’s your mother/father? 學生回答問題后，繼續問其他學生。
2. let’s chant：聽錄音，學歌謠。可采用一問一答的形式唱歌謠。
3. 教師出示一人物圖片，說：look! he looks strong.教師出示另一張人物圖片問：does he look strong? 引導學生回答：no. he looks fat. 教師再出示其他人物圖片，讓學生用he/she looks…來表達。
4. 教師找兩個較瘦的學生到前面來，指著他們說：they look thin. 然后教師出示一些圖片，讓學生說they look…
5. 教師指著一學生家庭照片上的人物問：is this your mother/father? 啟發學生回答：yes, she /he is. no, she/he isn’t.
6. 教師指著一學生照片上的兩位老人說：they look old. are they your grandpa and grandma?引導學生回答：yes, they are my grandpa and grandma. 教師再繼續問：are they workers ?鼓勵學生用yes, they are. no, they aren’t.來回答。
7. 教師分別出示amy的叔叔，姨，爸爸、媽媽和爺爺、奶奶的圖片，問學生：who are they?
8. 讓學生觀看教學掛圖后回答問題。
出示uncle的圖片問：who’s this man?
出示aunt的圖片問：is this amy’s aunt?
出示father的圖片問：is this amy’s father?
出示mother的圖片問：what’s her mother?
出示grandpa和grandma的圖片問：who are they? are they farmers?
10. 聽錄音，跟讀課文。
11. 兩人一組給對話中的人物配音。
12. 兩人一組用自己的家庭照片模仿本課做對話練習。
（三）趣味操練 （practice）
猜猜看
1. 教師課前收集學生父母的照片，分別出示給全班學生看，讓他們用句型is this your…?來猜照片上是誰的父母。
2. 教師每次找三至四個學生到前面來，小聲告訴他們一種職業，讓他們用肢體語言表現出來。其他學生通過他們的動作表情，用are they…?來猜他們所表演的是哪種職業。
