教學過程:
(一)組織教學(greetings)
師生問候,出示小綠葉,激發學生學習興趣。
(二)熱身/復習(warm-up/revision)
出示四棵樹(春夏秋冬)
教師提問:what season is it? 學生分別答出spring,summer,fall,winter,教師板書。
擺一擺,說一說
教師將表示季節、氣候、做的事情的單詞卡片打亂順序貼在黑板單詞表中,引導學生將相應的詞卡擺放到正確的位置。
試著說一說。
[預設答案]
it’s spring now. the weather is windy and warm. the leaves on the tree are green. they’re nice. we can plant tree and fly kites.
summer comes. it’s sunny and hot. the leaves are green and the tree is so big. we can eat ice-cream.
fall comes. it’s windy and cool. the leaves are colorful. some are green. some are yellow. and some are orange. we can go hiking and climb mountains.
now it’s snowy and cold in winter. there are no leaves on the tree. we can make a snowman.
快樂問答
教師提問:these four seasons are all beautiful. which season do you like best? why?
師生問答后,引導學生進行生生互動。
教師提問:which season does your friend like best? why?
引導學生用he/ she likes…. because he/she can….作答。
(三)呈現新課 (presentation)
看看,說說
教師分別出示read and write部分的四幅圖
教師提問:what season is it? what can zoom and zip do in summer/ spring/ fall/ winter?
聽聽,排排
教師播放read and write部分的錄音,要求學生根據聽音內容給圖畫排序,再次感受課文。
讀讀,想想
教師提問:which season do zoom and zip like best? guess.
孩子嘗試猜測:zoom like summer, because he can swim in the lake.
孩子帶著猜測的疑問進行獨立閱讀
教師出示問題
讀讀,議議
學生在小組中朗讀課文,并討論問題,提出自己的答案
孩子獨立書寫答句
請一個孩子寫在黑板上,教師引導孩子規范書寫。
小組檢查答句和書寫。
以小組對話的形式公布答案

觀看課文卡通,模仿朗讀。試著進行角色朗讀。

出示重點句型,如:whydoyoulikesummer
做切面包游戲,并引導學生正確書寫。
(四)趣味操練 (practice)
擴展活動:我最喜歡的季節 (let’s find out)
姚明的e-mail給同學們帶來一個新的任務,請同學們幫忙選擇去旅行的最佳季節。
教師發給每位學生一張表格,學生四人一組做小組活動。教師可先仿照學生用書進行示范,然后讓學生在小組內開展對話,完成表格。
