二、學習目標(objectives)
1、學會用正確的語音語調(diào)說出馬戲團里的動物tiger, monkey, panda,并用句型look at the …it’s …來介紹馬戲團里的動物,學會運用一些形容詞來描述這些動物。用連詞and嘗試對馬戲團里的動物進行更詳細地描述。
2、在聽聽說說畫畫的過程中學會介紹自己的動物好朋友,在同學中間交流分享。
2、通過單詞pencil, quilt的復(fù)習,學習字母pp, qq和它們在單詞中的發(fā)音, 并能將已學過的單詞中根據(jù)pp, qq的發(fā)音歸類,嘗試拼讀含有pp, qq發(fā)音的簡單單詞。

1 free talk what animal is big? 提出開放性問題。
以身體的特征來讓學生猜猜說說學學。
2 learn: tiger
panda show the picture of an animal’s big body and encourage student to describe it. “it’s …(colour, size, feeling, …)” and then guess what animal it is.

3 make a rhyme e.g. tiger, tiger, tiger.
look at the tiger.
where is the tiger?

activity 2 (a riddle)

guess: what is it? it’s brown. it’s little and lovely. it has a long tail. it can climb the tree. it likes bananas so much.

通過具體描述來猜猜monkey,為后面學生自己說打好基礎(chǔ)。

go there, mr. monkey.

activity 3 (make a new animal)

1 make a new animal
divide the pictures of animals into parts of the body. ask students to make a new picture with different head, body and feet.
以不同動物的部位組成新動物,增加學習的趣味性,并鞏固所有單詞。
2. talk about the new animal
encourage students to say: look at the animal. it has a/an …’s head, a/an …’s body and a/an …’s feet. do you like this animal?

show more pictures of animals in the circus.
e.g. seal, cat, dog, lion, etc.
