新課標六年級英語下冊《Unit 1 How Tall Are You?》第四課時教案
（part b let’s learn / let’s play part c task time ）
一、教學目標
1、能聽說讀寫四會單詞：heavier thinner longer bigger smaller
2、能聽說讀認句子： his tail is longer.
his head is smaller.
3、能在實際情景中靈活運用四會單詞和句子。
4、能夠完成task time 中的任務。
二、教學重難點分析
1、形容詞比較級的不規則變化。如：big雙寫g加er ，heavy則把y改i加er。
2、能在實際情景中靈活運用形容詞比較級。如：my arms are longer than yours.
3、名詞性物主代詞yours的用法。
三、教具準備
單詞卡片、動物頭飾、課件、錄音機、磁帶等
四、教學步驟
（一）熱身運動 / 復習
1、let’s do ( book2 p61 ，復習形容詞原級 )
2、english song 《my pets》
（二）導入新課
a：1、課件出現jeff哥哥給同學們猜謎的片段，讓學生猜是哪種動物。
謎面：this animal is very big , it has two big ears , two small eyes and four big legs . it has a very long nose , but his tail is very short , guess, what is it ?
2、猜出是elephant 后，課件出現一頭大象，老師請學生描述大象的體貌特征，如：
his nose is very long . 以此來復習形容詞原級。
3、課件出現老鼠。
t：boys and girls, what’s this?
ss：it’s a mouse.
t：is the mouse very big?
ss：no, it’s small.
t：yes, the mouse is small, it is smaller than the elephant.
4、課件出現大象和老鼠的對比圖片，顯示單詞 smaller （er 用不同顏色表示），然后出現單詞 bigger (ger 用不同顏色表示)
t：the mouse is smaller, the elephant is bigger . please pay attention to double “g”.
5、教師教單詞 smaller 和 bigger ,并提示“g”雙寫。
b：1、以前的卡片出現大象與老鼠圖片，教師引出stronger 單詞。
t：look, the elephant is bigger and stronger, his nose is longer, too.
2、引出longer 單詞并和stronger 作比較，以便學生掌握正確的發音。
3、簡筆畫出現小猴尾巴和兔子尾巴，教學單詞longer。
c：1、let’s try并配上錄音。出zoom和zip 的畫面，
zoom：hi, boy’s and girls, i’m your friend zoom, i’m 40kg, i’m strong.
zip：hi, i’m zip, i’m thin, i’m 10kg.
2、教師提出3個問題。
①、how heavy is zoom?
②、how heavy is zip?
③、who is thinner and who is heavier?
3、引導學生說：zoo is heavier and zip is thinner.
4、教學單詞 thinner heavier
d：教師出示單詞卡片，領讀5個單詞，學生打開課本，聽錄音跟讀。
五、 練習實踐( 采用任務型教學 )
a、任務前教學
自編let’s chant, 配上節奏，來復習5個形容詞的比較級。（見課件）
b、任務中教學
1、“森林大聚會”活動：教師戴上熊的頭飾，hello, i’m a bear, i’m heavier than the mouse, ha, ha! 然后引導學生戴上頭飾和別的動物比一比。
2、let’s play, 由小動物比賽轉動學生間的相互比賽，如：my arms are longer than yours. 教師出示板書，告訴學生 yours 等于your 加上一個前面出現過的名詞。
3、活動：動物園里的小小講解員。課件出現動物園場景，聘請學生當小小講解員，如：the elephant is strong, his nose is longer. 以此達到操練句型、運用句型的目的。
