一、教學目標1、 能夠聽、說、讀、寫句型what are they doing? they are swimming。they are climbing trees.
2、能夠聽、說、認讀句子here come two tigers . can tigers really swim? yes , they can . they’re good climbers.
3、能夠完成let’s check部分的練習。
二、重點、難點
1、 重點是四會把握句型：what are they doing? they are swimming。they are climbing trees.
2、難點是swimming的拼寫。
三、教學步驟
1、熱身
（1）放歌謠：第四單元let’s chant部分的歌謠what are you doing? , 學生邊說邊做相應的動作。
（2） 教師出示第四單元中所學的部分詞卡，用what are you doing ? what is dad/ mom/…doing?句型開火車練習。
2、預習
（1）聽本單元的部分課文錄音
（2）看本單元的詞卡，用本單元的主要句型練習說話。
3、新課呈現
read and write
（1）出示該部分的掛圖，讓學生看掛圖自學文章，并在小黑板上出示幾個自學問題
a. where are sarah , amy and chen jie ?
b. how many tigers do they see ?
c. what are the tigers doing ?
d. what are the pandas doing ?
e. are pandas good climbers ?
就上述問題展開討論。
（2）教師放該部分的錄音，學生聽錄音跟讀，然后分角色朗讀。
（3）板書要求寫的句子，學生跟讀，仿寫。
（4）完成短文后的練習。

4、在本堂課內聽本單元的全部錄音一遍。
5、學生以小組為單位復習該單元的內容。
