1.學習句型
t:boys and girls, look at the clock,what time is it?
what time is it?連續問幾個學生,然后出示此句
what time is it? what’s the time ? they’re the same.
領讀what time is it?,師問生答
pairwork: what time is it? it’s four five.
2. 學習用past 表示非整點時間。
t: look at the clock on the blackboard, what time is it?(待回答后)
t: yes, it’s four five, or we can say it in another way. 交換板書four five
it’s five past four.(強調先說分鐘)
pairwork: what time is it? it’s five past four.
出示4:10 t: what time is it?
(s1: it’s four ten.)
s2: it’s ten past four.
say out the time: (clocks) 4:10 4:15 4:20 4:25 4:30
(設計意圖:考驗學生用剛學的past來描述時間,以五分鐘遞加的方式,能給學生帶來更大的成就感,保持學生高昂的學習興趣,同時也能自然地過渡到half past的學習。)
3. 學習單詞half
(clock,4:30. )t: what time is it?
it’s thirty past six.but we usually say“ it’s half past four.”
出示一個圓,look, what shape is it? it’s a circle.
對折,it’s a half.
出示: half, [a:], [ha:f], 半
(回到鐘面4:30), it’s half past four.
when the long hand points at the no. 6, we usually say it’s half past… .
practice: say out the time quickly.
(出示鐘面2:30 5:30 6:30)
4. 學習a quarter
miss shen usually gets up at 6:30.can you guess what time do i go to work?
s1/2/3…: you go to work at…
t:yes,i get up at 7:15, we also can say : a quarter past seven
teach: a quarter 15 minutes = a quarter (多媒體按序呈現及其中文翻譯)
.t:what time is it? can you call the time? (7:15)
ss: a quarter past seven
practice ①. t:what time is it? (多媒體呈現一組時間6:15 8:15)
② . t:say a time ,students come to the teacher’s desk turn the time.
(設計意圖:利用學生的好奇心,以教師自己的上班時間來導入逆讀法中a quarter的用法學習,接著精心安排了兩組由易到難的時間操練,尤其是讓學生隨意報一刻鐘的時間,讓學生上臺調鐘, 分別鍛煉了學生的聽說能力,逐漸使學生體會到學會新知的喜悅以及其所帶來的成就感,同時也大大提升學生的求知欲。)
5. t: look ,can you count them quickly. we will have a competition.(運用多媒體呈現一組時間1:05 1:08 2:10 3:12 4:15 5:25 6:28 7:30)
(設計意圖:在past的用法學完之后設計了一個綜合運用,既能增加活動的挑戰性,檢測學生的學習情況又能開拓學生思維,引導學生總結剛學的知識.)
