4.鞏固和延伸（consolidation and extension）
（1）教師出示let's find out 中的第一幅圖片，請一組學(xué)生按座位順序依次描述圖畫：there is a mountain / forest / river / grass in the nature park.教師出示第二幅圖片問：is it a nature park ? what's in it ? what differences can you find ? 引導(dǎo)學(xué)生作答。用同樣的方法鼓勵學(xué)生找出圖1與圖3、圖4的區(qū)別并用恰當(dāng)?shù)恼Z言表述。
（2）教師放一段山谷中小鳥歌唱、流水丁冬的音樂，鼓勵學(xué)生閉上眼睛想象：what's in the nature park ?
（3）小小設(shè)計(jì)師：讓學(xué)生自己設(shè)計(jì)一座自然公園，以小組為單位先說一說自己的設(shè)想，然后用英語介紹，比一比誰設(shè)計(jì)的公園最好。下列句子供參考：look at the ... there is a river in the nature park.the water is clean.it's so beautiful.
（4）做本單元a let's learn 部分的活動手冊配套練習(xí)
第二課時(shí)
一、教學(xué)與要求
1.能聽懂、會說“is there ... ? yes, there is./ no, there isn't.”并能在情景中進(jìn)行運(yùn)用。
2.了解字母組合er, or, wh 的發(fā)音規(guī)則及例詞的讀音。
二、教學(xué)重、難點(diǎn)分析
1.本課時(shí)需要重點(diǎn)掌握的句型是：is there ... ? yes, there is./ no, there isn't.
2.本課時(shí)的難點(diǎn)是“er, or, wh”等字母組合”的發(fā)音規(guī)律，要求教師注重學(xué)習(xí)方法的傳授，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)、記憶。
三、課前準(zhǔn)備
1.教師準(zhǔn)備一張照片。
2.教師準(zhǔn)備自然公園、動物園的教學(xué)掛圖及景物圖片。
3.教師準(zhǔn)備錄音機(jī)及錄音帶。
4.教師準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)盒子以及水果、玩具、家具、食物等實(shí)物若干。
四、教學(xué)步驟和建議
1.熱身（warm-up）
（1）教師放歌曲“the panda”的錄音，學(xué)生跟唱。
（2）日常對話。
2.預(yù)習(xí)（preview）
（1）完成 let's try：listen and circle.
錄音原文如下：
boy: it's a beautiful nature park. there is a lake and a forest.
girl: is there a mountain?
boy: yes,there is.
girl: is there a river?
boy: no,there isn't.
（2）學(xué)生完成后，教師展示let's try 部分的掛圖問：look at this picture. is there a lake in the park? 引導(dǎo)學(xué)生回答：yes. 教師示范完整的答句：yes,there is. there is a lake in the park. 然后繼續(xù)問：is there a river in the park? 引導(dǎo)學(xué)生回答：no,there isn't.
3.新課呈現(xiàn)（presentation）
let's talk
（1）教師說：i live in a city. whao is a city? 教師拿出city的詞卡展示給學(xué)生，領(lǐng)讀單詞，學(xué)生跟讀。教師說：zhang peng and john are talking about a city. what's the city like? listen.
（2）教師放let's talk 部分的錄音，學(xué)生聽錄音閱讀。再放一遍錄音，學(xué)生跟讀。
教師問：is there a nature park in the city？引導(dǎo)學(xué)生回答：yes，there is.教師繼續(xù)問：is there a river in the park？is there a f arm？讓學(xué)生回答。
（3）教師指導(dǎo)學(xué)生做替換練習(xí)。
（4）教師拿出一張風(fēng)景照，問：is there a river / lake / mountain / path？請學(xué)生回答：yes，there is./ no，there isn't.教師換其他的風(fēng)景照片繼續(xù)操練。
