t: 當我們在聽見電話鈴響時，拿起電話說“hello”,意思就是“喂？” 這個時候撥電話的人可以說may i speak to…？這句話的意思是“我可以跟某某人通話嗎？” 如果你就是對方要找的人，你可以說“this is …speaking.”如果你不是對方要找的人，你可以對他說“please hold on.” 然后去幫他找到他要找的人，如果對方要找的人恰好不在，你可以說“i can take a message for you.”意思是我可以為你留一條口訊給他。如果對方打錯了，你可以說“sorry, wrong number.”意思是，很抱歉，你打錯了。你們學會了嗎？下面就請大家跟我讀一讀吧。（停頓看屏幕）
