ask the students to talk about their future life in groups. this exercise helps students to learn to express hopes and wishes.
t: talk about your life in the future. you may predict where you will live and what job you are going to do. you should tell your classmates what life you would like to have.

step ii listen and answer
play the tape for the students to listen. after listening, they will be asked to do ex 2 on page 8 in activity book. then check the answer with the whole class.
step iii read and underline
play the tape again and ask the students to follow the tape. after reading the text, ask them to underline the sentences of expressing hopes and wishes.
show the key sentences on the powerpoint.
