2. ask students to read the list of words on page 8 and check understanding . provide definition or descriptions of the less familiar words.
3. tell students to read millie’s e-file. explain that some of the words have to be changed to their opposites so that the right meaning is conveyed. for less able students, tell them there are 10 mistakes in total.
4. ask students to underline the incorrect words and write the correct words above the mistakes. tell them that all words they need can be found on the list above the file.
5. check the students’ choice of words as you walk around the class. review the corrected file as a class.
