新課標六年級英語下冊《Unit 1 How Tall Are You?》第三課時教案
（ part a let’s read / part c pronunciation/ let’s sing ）
一、教學目標：
1.能夠聽懂對話，進一步掌握用英語表達高度、長度的方式以及形容詞比較級句型的用法。
2.能夠理解對話內容，完成相應的練習題。
3.復習輔音/p/; /b/; /t/; /d/， 學習雙元音/ei/; /ai/; /ri/,學會拼讀由以上音素組成的音節。
4.在閱讀中培養學生的團結合作意識。
二、教學重難點
教學重點：
1.理解對話內容，側重訓練高度、長度的表達方式以及形容詞比較級句型的用法。
2.雙元音的教學以及由這些音素組成的音節。
教學難點： 形容詞funny比較級的構成.
三、課前準備:cai、錄音機、音標卡片
四、教學過程
step 1. warm-up
1. 組織背誦英語歌謠：mike is taller than lee.( p. 2)
2. 唱一首英語歌曲: 《my pets》( p. 12)
3. listen and do: touch your head/…/tail
step 2. presentation
1.呈現閱讀材料內容：
在聽聽做做游戲最后，插入： touch your tail.
t: we have no tails. but i have a pet. it’s a monkey.
呈現一只猴子:look, it has a long tail. how long is its tail? its tail is 38cm long.
what colour is this monkey?
ss: it’s brown.
呈現另一只猴子
t: what about this one?
ss: it’s yellow.
t: which monkey do you like?
ss: i like ....（the yellow one. it’s lovely. ）
explain: one 代詞
討論：
t: can you guess: how tall is it?
ss: it’s about 30cm tall.
呈現: it’s 40 cm tall. it’s so short. it’s a little monkey.
t: what about that one?
呈現：it’s 150 cm tall.
呈現兩只猴子的對比圖，提問：
t: which monkey is taller?
ss: the yellow one is taller than the brown one.
write on bb: it is taller than the brown one.
it is shorter than the yellow one.
t：which monkey is stronger?
ss: the brown monkey is stronger than the yellow one.
write on bb: the brown monkey is stronger.
t: which monkey is younger?
ss: the little monkey is younger.
再次出示那只小猴子：
t: look, the little monkey is shorter ,stronger and younger than the yellow one. the yellow one is taller. but look at this boy. his name is ben.
出示一個男孩：（158cm, making faces）
t: can you guess: how tall is the boy?
ss: it’s about….
出示：158cm
the boy is taller. the monkey is shorter.
the monkeys are funny. look at the boy. he is making faces. so the boy is funnier.
write on bb: the boy is funnier.
讓學生鞏固：happy, heavy等。
2.播放閱讀材料的錄音，課件出示判斷題,讀一遍這六個判斷題，邊聽邊思考，然后討論回答：
