6A Unit 6 Holidays
教材分析:本單元主要圍繞“談論節日里所做的事情”這一話題展開教學。這一單元的內容體現了濃郁的東西方文化特點,是一個學生十分感興趣的話題。本課時為第二課時,在第一課時中,學生學習了new year’s day和spring festival,初步學習了本單元的四會句型what do people usually do…? did you …?及其回答。所以為本課時的教學打下了基礎。本課時繼續學習節日名稱easter,may day, children’s day , dragon boat festival, national day, mid-autumn festival, halloween , christmas.
鞏固c部分句型,在此基礎上學習a部分課文第二部分。整個教學設計由老師引導,學生自主參與,獲取新知,然后鞏固操練,合作創新。這充分體現了新課程標準要求的采用互動的課堂模式,提倡開放的學習方式,鼓勵學生創造性地運用語言。“互動”、“開放”、“創造”營造了平等、民主、寬松的課堂氛圍,學生就獲得了相當大的主動權。
學情分析:
培養學生“初步運用英語交際的能力”是英語素質教學的目標,而語言技能是交際能力的基礎。語言技能包括聽說讀寫四方面。其中聽力的獨特功能對學生掌握、運用英語起到至關重要的作用,聽是學生獲得語言信息及語言感受的最主要途徑,是提高其他技能的基礎,聽得正確,才能讀得準確、說得流利。學生具有良好的聽力理解力,才能更快、更多的獲得更準確的資訊。提高學生的聽力不是一時半會兒就能做到的,在我們平時的教學中就要注重培養學生認真聽的良好習慣,例如,當一位同學談論完國情假期做的事情后,立即問其他同學what did …do?來檢查他是否掌握語言,也督促學生上課認真傾聽他人發言。在課的結束,我安排了聽一段對話回答問題,一方面是可以了解學生對今天所學內容的理解掌握情況,另一方面也是為等會兒聽完后看圖用自己語言描述,從語言輸入到語言輸出作準備。
