1. t: what’s the time?
s: it’s four.
t: it’s four in the afternoon.
(學習 in the afternoon)
teach: in the morning/afternoon/evening
出示多媒體課件,介紹一天的時間劃分。(注重講解in 在元音前的變音)
(繼續復習時間 6: 45 watch tv 8: 30 go to bed)
2. t: what’s the time?
s: it’s six o’clock.
t: i get up at six. (師多說幾遍,讓學生感知)
教學“at six 在六點”
學習“at” (cat, hat, fat)
【設計意圖】由cat, hat, fat這三個詞的發音,讓學生自己去感知at的讀法,加深他們的印象,避免他們把單詞讀成“and”.
practice: at 7:00 at 3:20 at 8:45 at 10:15 at 9:30 at 12:50
3. t: i get up at six, what time do you get up? (出示板書)
what time do you get up?(你在幾點起床?)(教學該句型)
引導學生答出:i get up at . (我在 點起床 。)
開火車連鎖操練以上句型。
在學生的回答中,隨機出示并教學it’s late/early.
4. t: i get up at six, then i have breakfast.
學習“have breakfast” 分解教學breakfast
【設計意圖】本課時教授的主要句型是what time do you …? i …at …,而get up是以前學過的詞組,我運用舊詞組引出新句型,再在新句型操練熟練的基礎上引出新的詞組,做到此不離句,句不離詞。特別是breakfast這一單詞,學生比較難讀準,用分解教學發,從單詞部分到全部,逐一讓學生掌握。
擴充:have breakfast/lunch/supper
【設計意圖】這一環節只是作為學生的課外詞匯的擴充,只要求學生對這兩個課外詞有所感知,不要求學生完全掌握。
5. i have breakfast at six fifty, what time do you have breakfast?
學習 “what time do you have breakfast? ”

6. t: what time do you go to school/ go home/ … ?
s: i … at …
t: you can also say “at …”
next, you can choose one to ask your partner. (同桌操練)
7. look, this is miss yan’s timetable.
you can ask me: “ miss yan, what time do you … ?”
the ss ask the teacher.
【設計意圖】展示自己的時間表,一是能引起學生注意,二是能自然的引出下文mike的時間表。
8. t: wonderful! you know miss yan’s timetable. how about mike?
do you want to know mike’s timetable?
s: yes.
