【教學內容】
湖南少年兒童出版社、《義務教育課程標準實驗教科書•英語》（四年級下冊） 第八單元

【教學時數】
本單元教學時數為三課時

【學情分析】
本單元教學對象為四年級學生。本套教材每單元的連貫性不是很大，每單元都是一個獨立的話題，很適宜采取單元整體教學來提高單位時間的教學效率。學生之前已經接觸過幾個與天氣有關的單詞，老師在課堂的日常會話中也經常用英語詢問天氣，學生對what’s the weather like…? 這個句子并不陌生，部分學生也能作出相應的回答。

【教學目標】
1、單元教學目標
（1）認知目標：能聽懂、會讀、會說和拼寫單詞四會單詞：weather ,spring, summer, autumn, winter.
（2）能力目標：能夠使用句型能夠使用句型  i like spring . spring is nice and warm . it’s clod in winter. 描述四季及天氣。能夠使用句型what’s the weather like…? 進行語言交際。
（3）情感目標：通過創新教學方法，提高學生學習英語的興趣；培養學生注意觀察，認真模仿的良好習慣。培養學生熱愛自然、熱愛生活的品質。結合學習內容，培養學生的表現力，養成學生愛思考的良好習慣。
2、第一課時教學目標
（1）能聽懂、會讀、會說和拼寫單詞四會單詞：weather ,spring, summer, autumn, winter.
（2）能在圖片的幫助下運用重點句型“i like spring . spring is nice and warm . it’s clod in winter.” 描述四季及天氣。能夠使用句型what’s the weather like…? 進行語言交際。并能由此拓展進行交流。

3、第二課時教學目標

⒈ 能更進一步掌握新單詞；

⒉ 能熟練地運用本課描述四季及不同天氣的句型自由談論天氣情況；能談論自己喜歡的季節，激發學生熱愛自然、熱愛生活的品質 。
⒊  能聽懂、讀懂listen , read and act中的課文，并表演出來。

4  能閱讀并理解課文d部分。
4、第三課時教學目標
⒈ 能掌握字母組合au在單詞中的發音，并能理解和讀出新單詞；
⒉ 能讀出由含有字母組合au的單詞組成的句子；
⒊ 能誦讀英語小歌謠；抒發對大自然的熱愛之情。
⒋ 培養學生學習英語的興趣，同時規范、訓練口語。

【教學重點】
1、詞匯
weather，spring，summer，autumn，winter
2、句型：
  spring is warm and nice.
it’s clod in winter.
what’s the weather like…?

【教學難點】
理解并區分“what’s the weather like today?”和“what’s the weather like in spring/autumn/…?”的含義，并正確回答。
