二、teaching aims（教學目標）：
（一）knowledge objectives(知識目標)
1、learn the new words:（掌握詞匯）
north、south、west、east、city、
2、grasp the target sentences:（掌握句型）
beijing is the capital of china. …is a famous city. it’s in the north/south/west/east.(描述個別城市的方位。)
（二）ability objectives (能力目標):
1、能夠運用句型進行表達與交流，培養口頭表達能力。
2、培養學生交流合作的能力。
（三）affective objectives(情感目標):
培養學生熱愛家鄉，積極參與課堂活動，激發學習興趣。
三.teacher methods:(教學方法)

四、teaching focus: (教學重點)：
運用所學句型進行表達與交流。

the east與 the north/ the south/ the west的“the”不同發音

七.analysis of learning(學情分析):
我將要任教的班級是瓊中思源學校四（4）班，這些孩子大多數來自農村，由于我縣的英語課還不能普及到所有農村小學，所以很多孩子是來了思源以后才學英語的，很多孩子才學了半年的英語，可以說他們的英語基礎是比較差的，但是我相信他們才剛學英語興趣一定很濃，積極性一定很高，小學三、四年級的學生活潑好動，表現欲強，如果能設計一些有趣、并有意義的教學活動，他們一定能把本課學好。
八、teaching procedure:(教學過程)
1、greetings
2、warming up
（1）播放歌曲《down by the station》
帶領學生邊做律動邊唱。
 (2)整理課堂紀律:
t: sit up straight  ss: “one,two,three.”
 t: who’s sitting nicely?   ss:“i’m sitting nicely. ”
3、divided the class into groups and describe the evaluation tools.(分組及介紹評價手段)
將全班學生分為四個小組開展比賽，由四座城市分別命名四個小組： group 1/ group 2/ group3 / group4.制作一張精美的坐標圖，畫上刻標，每組起點都有一輛火車，終點分別以上四個城市的名稱命名，給紀律好，讀書大聲，積極回答問題，回答正確等的組前進的機會，看哪組開得快哪組就獲勝。

4、leading-in

      s: “yes, we do. ”
(2)we have known many places. they are beijing/london/washington d.c/san francisco…(復習已學城市名。)
t:where do you want to go ？
ss：“beijing. ”
t：everyone want to go to beijing.
because beijing is the capital of china.（此時點出本課課題）
5.knowledge representation.
(1)talk about some places. eg.beijing.
(where is beijing？you don’t know.
so let’s learn how to read the map.)
(2)課件展示中國地圖，教學生辨別方向，順口溜：面向地圖，左邊是西，右邊是東，上邊是北，下邊是南。
