第一課時(shí)
一.教學(xué)目標(biāo)（teaching aims）
1.學(xué)習(xí)情態(tài)詞must的意思和用法。
2.進(jìn)一步使學(xué)生掌握祈使句的肯、否定形式。
3.學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)話并讓學(xué)生了解一些簡(jiǎn)單的交通知識(shí)，并教育學(xué)生要遵守交通規(guī)則。
4.“四會(huì)”詞句:stop（停止），traffic lights （紅綠燈）， red(紅色)green(綠色)，cross(通過(guò))，park(停車)。

二、教學(xué)重、難點(diǎn)(key points and difficult points）
1.在學(xué)習(xí)情態(tài)動(dòng)詞can,may的基礎(chǔ)上繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)情態(tài)動(dòng)詞must的意思和用法。
2.要求學(xué)生熟讀對(duì)話，掌握“四會(huì)”詞句。
三、教學(xué)用具(preparations)
1.教具：錄音機(jī)、圖片、交通標(biāo)識(shí)牌。
2.學(xué)具：白紙、水彩筆。
四、教學(xué)過(guò)程（teaching process）
（一）復(fù)習(xí)導(dǎo)入
1.首先，老師帶學(xué)生邊說(shuō)歌謠邊做 動(dòng)作。原地踏步，并說(shuō)
step,step,step.
step right ,step left,
step right,step step left.
turn right,turn left.
turn right,turn left.
turn,turn,turn.
2.一會(huì)兒，老師就說(shuō):stop,stop.it’s time to have a class.we must stop.don’t turn left. don’t turn right.
3.然后，老師可以將這幾個(gè)句子寫在黑板上。
stop.
don’t turn lefe.
don’t turn right.
4.接下來(lái)，老師拿出一輛玩具小汽車說(shuō)：look, it’s a car. the car is coming. you must be careful. you must stop.然后老師又拿出一個(gè)紅綠燈的標(biāo)識(shí)牌說(shuō)：look! what are they, red light, green light and yellow light. oh, yes. traffic lights, traffic lights, look at the traffic lights. the light is red. can you go? no, you must stop. the light is green and you can cross.在老師說(shuō)的同時(shí)，還要用手指紅綠燈的標(biāo)識(shí)牌，并用另一只手拿小汽車演示“紅燈停，綠燈行”。隨后，老師將幾個(gè)句子寫在黑板上。
5.老師對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行交通安全教育。
（二）新授
1.在剛才導(dǎo)入新句子的基礎(chǔ)上，老師放課文對(duì)話錄音，學(xué)生聽(tīng)一句復(fù)述一句并說(shuō)出每一句的意思。
2.老師出示第55頁(yè)的圖片和內(nèi)容，然后逐句講解。a car is coming.一輛汽車過(guò)來(lái)了。you must be careful.你必須當(dāng)心點(diǎn)。look at the traffic lights.看看紅綠燈。the light is red and you must stop.紅燈亮?xí)r你必須停。the light is green and you can cross.綠燈亮?xí)r你才可以通行。讓學(xué)生了解情態(tài)動(dòng)詞must的用法：must是“一定，必須”的意思用來(lái)表示對(duì)某人的要求。
例如：
you must do your homework now.
tom must go to school today.
3.在完整放幾遍課文對(duì)話錄音后，讓學(xué)生反復(fù)跟讀，并兩人一組進(jìn)行對(duì)話練習(xí)。老師進(jìn)行抽查。
4.老師拿出提前準(zhǔn)備好的交通標(biāo)識(shí)牌說(shuō)：what does it mean?問(wèn)學(xué)生這是什么意思，有的學(xué)生可能知道。老師接著說(shuō)：don’t park here.用同樣的方法說(shuō)出其它幾幅圖片的意思。don’t turn left. don’t cross the road. turn right.
