四、教學過程（teaching process）
（一）復習導入
1.師生問答：
t: what are you doing?
s: we are playing games.
t: is it time to play games?
s: no, it’s time to have class.
t: oh, yes. classes begin. now, let’s begin. please read the book.
如果學生對please read the book這句不太明白，老師可以反復做讀書的樣子，以便于學生理解，同時將這個句子寫在黑板上。然后說：read after me.就這樣老師首先引出這個句子，并領讀。
2.老師突然提高聲音，嚴肅地說：don’t shout. i am a policeman.這兩個句子學生并不會，老師可以反復用動作表示其意思。如：老師可以將手指放在嘴上說：噓……，同時做警察指揮交通的動作，使學生很快能明白這兩個句子的意思。然后，老師將這兩個句子寫在黑板上，并反復領讀。
3.接下來，老師可以出示一些圖片，讓學生看圖說話，復習以前學過的內容。老師可以問大家：what’s he? what’s she?
4.這時老師突然拿出一把“刀”，這樣學生一定會非常驚訝，老師馬上說：don’t worry. i’m a cook. i’m making cakes. 并將這個句子寫在黑板上，然后反復領讀。
5.老師走到一位膽小的女同學面前說：why are you crying?這位學生也可能不知所措，老師裝作用手擦眼淚的動作，并給那位學生也擦擦眼淚，邊擦邊說：don’t cry. don’t cry.
（二）新授
1.通過以上的練習，我們引出了本課的主要句型，并進行了初步的認知和領讀，使學生對本課所學內容有一個大概的了解。
