1. recite some words.
2. beat the toy drum, first softly and then loudly. ask: is the drum loud? is the drum loud? do you like it?
3. ask: which pop group do you like?
do you like the loud music or the quiet music?
while-task procedure
1. play the cassette: read and say. the students listen and follow their book.
2. play the cassette again. the students listen and repeat.
3. working in groups of three, the students role-play the dialogue.
4. invite a few groups to role-play the dialogue in front of the class.
5. read: read and tick. working in pairs, the students decide which is the correct sentence and tick the corresponding box.
