1、出示一個紅色的正方形（長方形折得），問：what shape is it?
2、將正方形展出，出示一個長方形，問：now, there is a red flag. (邊說邊將其貼上黑板) what shape is it? it’s a rectangle.
3、出示卡片，讀rectangle, rectangle, black rectangle
4、read（開火車讀），spell

a star:
1、 t：let’s have a break. listen to a song ‘twinkle, twinkle, little star’. can you sing it now? now, sing it follow the tape. （放動畫，星星閃爍）
2、（課件出示星空的畫面）look, what’s this in the sky? it’s a little star.
