教學(xué)重難點（important and difficult points)
重點聚焦：
i want to be a doctor.
what's your dad? he's a doctor.
what's your mum? she's a nurse
教具準(zhǔn)備（teaching aids）
1.準(zhǔn)備學(xué)生卡片、教師卡片和錄音磁帶。
2.準(zhǔn)備若干職業(yè)的小道具，如：話筒，信封等。
教學(xué)步驟
step1. 熱身 / 復(fù)習(xí)（warm-up / revision）
趣味搭配連句子游戲：運用本課所學(xué)的新的表達(dá)方式，滾動復(fù)習(xí)所學(xué)的詞匯：
a組學(xué)生共同列出以前學(xué)過的人物詞匯：dad, mum, father, mother, brother, sister, son, daughter, uncle, aunt, grandpa, grandma。\
b組學(xué)生共同列出以前學(xué)過的職業(yè)詞匯：tailor, writer, actress, actor, reporter, driver。然后，兩組學(xué)生搭配成句, 一問一答：
a: what's your dad? b: he's a writer.
a: what's your mum? b: she's a tailor.
step2.新課導(dǎo)入（presentation）
(1）做動作猜職業(yè)：教師做出一些職業(yè)的動作，讓學(xué)生說出該動作所表示的職業(yè)；在很自然的情景中，做出歌手、舞蹈演員、牙醫(yī)的動作，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生感知新單詞：singer, dancer, dentist。
(2）給學(xué)生3分鐘時間，仔細(xì)觀察課本第26頁的三張小圖片，結(jié)合圖片人物的動作和職業(yè)特點，快速記憶表示職業(yè)的單詞。
(3）指導(dǎo)學(xué)生說出句子：i want to be a .... 以小組為單位，復(fù)習(xí)操練該句型。并請學(xué)生試著說出喜歡從事該職業(yè)的原因，也可用漢語說。例如：
i want to be a teacher.a teacher can teach a lot of pupils.i want to be a doctor.a doctor can help sick people.i want to be a writer.a writer can write books.
(4）教師可以根據(jù)實際情況，補(bǔ)充一些內(nèi)容，以滿足學(xué)生的需要。可以總結(jié)一下以er結(jié)尾的職業(yè)詞：
barber 理發(fā)師 writer 作家
driver 司機(jī) waiter 侍者
farmer 農(nóng)民 worker 工人
lawyer 律師 singer 歌手
porter 搬運工 cleaner 清潔工
(5）教師在黑板上示范板書just write的單詞（dad, mum, doctor, nurse）和句子（what's your dad? he's a doctor.what's your mum? she's a nurse.）邊寫邊帶讀，寫完后學(xué)生齊讀。然后，找?guī)讉�學(xué)生到黑板上仿寫。
step 3.趣味操練（practice）
(1）學(xué)生看圖快速說出表示職業(yè)的單詞，看誰說得又快又準(zhǔn)確。
(2）看標(biāo)志猜職業(yè)：將全班分成若干小組，每組6～7人。教師向每組提供一套表示不同職業(yè)的圖片進(jìn)行猜測職業(yè)的練習(xí)。通過所從事職業(yè)富有代表性的圖片情景，加深學(xué)生對職業(yè)詞匯的學(xué)習(xí)和記憶，通過小組活動和完成任務(wù)的方式，自然運用所學(xué)知識，提高語言運用的能力。
(3）記者調(diào)查：每名學(xué)生發(fā)給一張調(diào)查表，根據(jù)表里的內(nèi)容，調(diào)查好朋友的信息。

(4）播放chant 的錄音，讓學(xué)生感知、操練 / n / 這個音素。為突出音素可以先做分解練習(xí)：nn→norman→nancy→nurse→noodles→nuts，然后再整體說 chant。

教師指導(dǎo)學(xué)生完成《活動手冊》中相關(guān)的內(nèi)容。

2.準(zhǔn)備第13課的錄音磁帶。
3.準(zhǔn)備自己家的合影。
4.根據(jù)班里的學(xué)生人數(shù)制作一張調(diào)查表。
教學(xué)步驟
step1. 熱身 / 復(fù)習(xí)（warm-up / revision）
(1）播放第13課的磁帶。讓學(xué)生集中注意力，聽之前要注意兩個問題：what's tom's father? what's tom's mother? 在聽的過程中明確tom 的父母的職業(yè)。
(2）學(xué)生以小組為單位，討論tom的全家，特別要注意介紹他的父母的職業(yè)：his father is a teacher.his mother is a tailor.看一看哪個小組表現(xiàn)好，給予獎勵。
step2.新課導(dǎo)入（presentation）
(1）教師組織全體學(xué)生拿出自己準(zhǔn)備好的全家福照片一起做游戲。教師明確小組要求，學(xué)生立即指出自己的爸爸并說：this is my father.he is a ....
(2）要求每組選出代表到講臺前做介紹。
(3）教師展示本課教學(xué)掛圖，明確人物之間的關(guān)系。
(4）教師提出問題：
how old is wei min?
what's his father?
what's his mother?
what does he want to be in the future?
listen to the tape and tell me the answers.
(5）播放錄音，讓學(xué)生聽后回答問題。要根據(jù)實際情況選擇聽錄音的遍數(shù)。
(6）請若干學(xué)生回答問題，教師要給予適當(dāng)?shù)墓膭钤u價。
(7）再放錄音，核對以上問題的答案。
(8）教師請學(xué)生聽錄音跟讀模仿。
step 3.趣味操練（practice）
(1）教師拿出事先準(zhǔn)備好的全家福照片，首先向?qū)W生做示范介紹。

(4）教師舉起代表不同職業(yè)的卡片，讓學(xué)生搶答。如：教師舉起一個出租車司機(jī)的圖片，學(xué)生應(yīng)立即說出 taxi driver，也可以反過來，教師說英語讓學(xué)生舉圖片。
(5）互動游戲：在全班范圍內(nèi)以兩人一組，選擇自己的好朋友，交換家庭的照片，在真實的情景中復(fù)習(xí)鞏固單詞和句型。
(6）對話表演：以小組為單位，學(xué)生自行分配角色，三人一組，分角色演練本課對話。
