let all the students listen, read and recognize the new words in the study and activity of language.
三、teaching tools
1. teacher prepares for the tape recorder.
2. teacher prepares for the picture cards of study, bathroom, bedroom, living room and kitchen and so on.
3. teacher prepares for some stationery, for example, pencil, ruler, book and pen and so on.
4. students prepare for the word cards.
四、teaching procedures
1. warm-up
(1)listen to the song "hide and seek".
(2)daily dialogues between the teacher and the students, for example: hello! how are you?…
2. preview
(1)listen to the song "my bedroom".
(2)teacher takes out some stationery and help the students to review the sentences "what's this? it's a…”“where's the…?it's in/on/under…"
3. presentation
let's learn
(1)teacher shows the picture of "study" on which there are some stationery, and points out the books in the study and asks: what are they?
students answer: books.
teacher asks: where are the books? then tells the students: they're in the study.
(2)teacher repeats the new word "study". students read after the teacher. teacher uses the same methods to teach the other words.
(3)students listen to the radio and read the words of part let's learn after the tape. then teacher disorders all the cards and asks the students to point out the right one while listening.
(4)game: who responses quickly?
teacher pastes the pictures of every room on the blackboard, then divides all the students into two groups. every group chooses a student to join the game, and see who will response quickly. for example, teacher says: kitchen, students come to the blackboard quickly and touch the right picture.
let's do
(1)teacher shows the pictures of part let's do, and uses some act to let the students know the meaning of watch tv, read a book, take a shower and have a snack and so on.
(2)students listen to the radio and do the act of part let's do.
(3)game
teacher put the pictures of part let's do and the pictures of kitchen and living room on the blackboard, then choose a student a to be the teacher, and divide all the students into two groups, then choose two students b and c in every group. when student a says an order, students b and c match the pictures, who match quickly who is the winner.
