（五） 趣味操練：
1、 每名同學舉起（自己喜歡吃的）蔬菜卡片一張；
2、 另請五名同學收拿小籃子，分別說出蔬菜的英文名稱，其他同學根據聽到的詞將手中的圖片分別放進相應的小籃子里。如：其中一位同學說potato，手拿土豆圖片的學生將圖片放進該學生的小籃子中。
3、 教師統計全班學生最喜歡吃什么蔬菜。
（六）擴展練習：story time
1、學生看課件，了解故事大意。
2、學生自己讀故事，找出生詞。
3、教師解釋生單詞turkeys，vegetables，mutton，straw-hat的意思并帶學生大聲朗讀。
vegetables：cucumbers，potatoes，tomatoes，onions and carrots are vegetables.
turkeys：they like hens，but they are bigger than hens.
mutton：meat from goats or sheep.
straw-hat：a hat is made of staw.
4、學生自己看圖閱讀理解對話中的語句，教師巡視答疑。
【教學后記】 學生能聽、說、認讀單詞：
toamto、cucumber、potato、onion、carrot
以及它們的復數形式。
第五課時教學設計方案
【課題】unit 6 at a farm 第五課時
【教學目標】
1、 聽、說、認讀主要語言結構：what are these/those？ are these/those...?并能根據實際情況進行簡略回答。
2、 能夠準確朗讀對話。
3、通過完成let's check的練習，鞏固本單元所學內容。
【教學重點】句型what are these/those？ are these/those…?及其簡略回答。
【教學難點】these和those的發音。
【教學準備】
1、let’s talk的錄音。
2、let’s check的錄音。
3、let’s sing 的錄音。
4、自制課件。
5、師生共同準備蔬菜實物若干。
【教學過程】
（一） 熱身：
學生說唱本單元歌曲和歌謠。
（二） 復習：
1、游戲： 教師將幾個動物單詞卡片貼到黑板上，并在下面標上序號，請任意學生說出其中一個單詞，其他學生說序號并模仿該動物的叫聲或動作。
2、教師說謎語，引導學生用are they…?來猜猜是什么蔬菜。
a、they are red. they look like apples, but they aren’t apples. what are they?
b、they are tender and green. what are they?
c、they are long and orange. rabbits like eating them. what are they?
d、they are round, pink and white. what are they?
e、they are brown. french fries are made of them. what are they?
學生猜對了，教師回答yes，they are.并拿出相應的單詞卡片請學生拼讀； 如果猜錯了，教師回答no, they aren’t. 再請其他人猜, 直到猜對為止。
3、教師和學生聊一聊每個人喜愛的蔬菜或動物。

(三) 新課呈現：
1、 教師請學生將裝有蔬菜的盒子蓋好放在桌子上，然后走到同學們中間，隨意指著幾個盒子問：are these…?，并引導學生根據實際用yes, they are. / no, they aren’t.回答。如果學生回答的是no, they aren’t. 教師要繼續問：what are these？并引導學生用they are …回答。
