父母及祖父母的照片。

活動(dòng)一 復(fù)習(xí)句子
教學(xué)參考時(shí)間： 3-4分鐘
請(qǐng)學(xué)生分角色朗讀read and write部分對(duì)話(huà)。
教師提問(wèn)：when do you...? when do you ...... on saturdays/sundays?請(qǐng)學(xué)生做出相應(yīng)回答。
教師說(shuō)：on saturdays and sundays， we don’t go to school. it is fun. ok，let’s listen to a song.
復(fù)習(xí)本單元a部分內(nèi)容，時(shí)間狀語(yǔ)on saturdays / sundays的出現(xiàn)可以以舊帶新，為 on the weekend的學(xué)習(xí)和使用進(jìn)行鋪墊，同時(shí)引起學(xué)生了解歌曲內(nèi)容的好奇。

教學(xué)參考時(shí)間：5分鐘
教師播放歌曲錄音，學(xué)生欣賞。
請(qǐng)學(xué)生說(shuō)說(shuō)在歌曲中聽(tīng)到的單詞或短語(yǔ)。
教師說(shuō)：from friday evening to sunday is weekend. 出示單詞weekend，學(xué)生模仿發(fā)音。
教師說(shuō)：on the weekend，we don’t go to school. what do we do on the weekend? let’s learn the song. 學(xué)生跟錄音逐句學(xué)唱，教師適當(dāng)用動(dòng)作演示句子意思，幫助學(xué)生理解。
在學(xué)生喜歡的歌曲演唱活動(dòng)中引出let’s learn部分的內(nèi)容。

教師播放b部分let’s chant的課件，學(xué)生欣賞，初步感知本課時(shí)的動(dòng)詞短語(yǔ)的發(fā)音。
（2）點(diǎn)擊climb mountains，顯示孩子爬山的動(dòng)畫(huà)，學(xué)生模仿發(fā)音并演示動(dòng)作，教師強(qiáng)調(diào)climb中b不發(fā)音，mountain中的ou發(fā)[au]，ai發(fā)[ei]，幫助學(xué)生快速記憶。
（3）教師說(shuō)：we can climb mountains on the weekend. we also can go hiking. 點(diǎn)擊課件go hiking，學(xué)生模仿發(fā)音，教師提示學(xué)生中文意思；教師說(shuō)：i often climb mountain/ go hiking.請(qǐng)學(xué)生根據(jù)自己的生活實(shí)際模仿說(shuō)句子；引導(dǎo)學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)hike—hiking—go hiking的變化。
（4）教師出示單詞：shop，請(qǐng)學(xué)生朗讀并說(shuō)出意思；引導(dǎo)學(xué)生根據(jù)hike—go hiking的變化規(guī)律說(shuō)出“購(gòu)物”的動(dòng)詞詞組—go shopping。
呈現(xiàn)play the piano的圖片，教師指著“鋼琴”說(shuō)：look，it is a piano. 領(lǐng)讀單詞piano，啟發(fā)學(xué)生說(shuō)出單詞中字母的發(fā)音，及時(shí)記憶；教師提問(wèn)：can you play the piano？引導(dǎo)學(xué)生回答后做連鎖問(wèn)答。
教師出示自己父母的照片：they are my parents. i often visit my parents on the weekend. 領(lǐng)讀動(dòng)詞visit，啟發(fā)學(xué)生說(shuō)出意思；然后讓學(xué)生根據(jù)自己的實(shí)際情況說(shuō)：i often visit my uncle/aunt…on the weekend.
出示自己祖父母的照片：they are not my parents. they are my parents’ parents—grandparents.領(lǐng)讀單詞：grandparents；提示學(xué)生將grandparents分為grand和parents來(lái)記憶。教師提問(wèn)：who often visit grandparents on the weekend? 引導(dǎo)學(xué)生說(shuō)句子：i often visit grandparents on the weekend.
