讓學生換上伙伴的名字或自己家庭成員進行對話。
二、展示短語卡片,學習新知。
活動四: 讀讀貼貼
教師出示短語卡片,全班學生齊讀。之后,請第一組學生代表將短語卡貼到相應的動作圖片下,貼的同時第一組其他組員共同說出一個句子,如:he’s writing an e-mail. 接著由第二組代表貼圖說句子,第二組組員說句子,依此類推,直至各小組都進行過。
活動五: 加句子
學生五至六人一組,第一個學生說一個描述家庭成員在做某事的句子,如:mom is cooking in the kitchen. 第二個學生先重復前面學生說的句子,然后再說一個不同的句子,如:mom is cooking in the kitchen. dad is reading a newspaper in the study. 依此類推。
三: 鞏固新知。
活動六:讀讀寫寫
教師播放read and write部分的錄音,學生認真聽,之后憑借記憶復述聽到的句子或詞語。
教師再次播放,學生跟讀。
教師問一名學生:how are you? 學生作答后教師板書:how are you doing today? how are you? how are you doing? 用手勢和動作告訴學生三個句子意思相同,并劃個大括號,最后,板書 just fine. 。教師在用三種方法向學生提問:“how are you doing today? how are you? how are you doing?”引導學生回答:just fine.教師板書everybody 并帶讀,教師問一名學生:how’s everybody doing? 提示everybody一詞的含義,引導學生理解,并作答。
在學生理解的基礎上,教師請學生合上課本,判斷下面句子的對錯:
mom is cooking dinner in the kitchen.
dad is writing a letter in the study.
grandpa is reading newspaper.
the boy is doing homework.
brother is cleaning the room.
完成finish the sentences 的活動。
教師指導學生書寫四會句子,看誰寫得又快又好,包括:“ grandpa is writing a letter. brother is doing homework. mom is cooking dinner in the kitchen. he’s writing an e-mail in the study. ”
四、鞏固拓展
活動八:組內表演
學生6人一組,每3個人扮演一個家庭,兩個家庭背對背站好。游戲開始,每個家庭的第一個學生手拿一張紙卷成的模擬電話聽筒,開始打電話。其他學生分別任意做一個動作。一名拿模擬電話聽筒的學生說:hi. this is …. can i speak to …, please? 對方家庭接電話的學生根據被點名的學生正在做的動作作答:sure. he/she is …. please hold on. 然后將模擬電話聽筒傳給被點到名字的學生。依此類推,直至每名學生都接過電話為止。
