這堂課教師應使用不同的方法和形式讓學生學會描述一種水果，并學會遷移，進而描寫一種食品。通過教學，學生基本上都會描述一種物品，只是所使用的句型太少，要么都是to be句型，要么以祈使句為主；而且角度和思路很狹隘，都只會從表面做文章，不會想到是水果店里的水果或者是樹上的果子。教師還要在教會學生語言的實際運用上多花功夫。
