教學內容
1.review words:
circle、rectangle、square、triangle、diamond、star、oval 、heart
2.pratise drills:
what’s in/on/ the…?          there’s/there are… 
what do/does … have?          … have/has… 
what shape is it/ are they?  it’s / they’re…
3.oral practice:
try to describe and guess the things with colours、shapes and usage etc.
4.written practice: this is … there’s / there’ re…
教學目標
1.知識目標
①掌握并運用單詞，有機將本單元句型結合5a u1/8中已學句型進行操練，達到溫故知新的目標。
②結合以前學過的英語知識，學生口頭描述一件物品的各種特征，如：形狀、顏色及用途等，讓其他學生猜出所描述物品的游戲，鍛煉學生的綜合語言表達能力、觀察力及聽力等。
2.能力目標
①能運用所學的語言知識在創設的情境中進行熟練的交際。
②將英語作為有效工具，結合孩子豐富的想象創造力，在現實生活中，發揮學生的藝術美術特長，用不同的圖形來設計學校、班級或汽車標志等等。
3.情感目標
激發學生學習英語的興趣，幫助學生樹立學好英語的信心，增強學生的參與意識，引導學生積極與他人合作，共同完成學習任務，并在成功中體會英語學習的樂趣。
重點難點
1.重點:句型的掌握及熟練操練。
2.難點：學生綜合應用所學英語知識描述物品讓其他學生猜物。
課前準備
1.cai課件：關于圖形的變化。
2.各種彩色的形狀圖片、各種有趣的汽車、國旗標志。
3.設計作業布置（另附后頁）
