the first period（第一課時）
一、教學內容：
a部分 read and say
二、教學目標：
1.   能正確理解、掌握a部分會話，并能朗讀、初步表演對話。
2.   能正確地運用對話中出現的日常交際用語。
3.   初步掌握會話中出現的四會單詞night, half, past, a face, ready, on duty, quick, a game, a quarter, really
三、教學重、難點：
能正確理解、掌握a部分會話。
四、課前準備：
1.   準備錄音機和磁帶。
2.   準備投影片（早上、中午和晚上三個場景）。
3.   準備本課會話中出現的有關詞匯的圖片。
4.   課前在黑板上寫好課題。
五、教學過程：
a   sing a song. 跟錄音機邊聽邊表演唱英文歌曲do some exercise with me

t:   good morning, boys and girls.
ss:  good morning.
t:   glad to see you.
ss:  glad to see you, too.
t:   let’s play a game, ok？
ss:  ok!
c  revision.復習
1.  組織學生做“聽詞組、做動作”和“做動作、說詞組”游戲，復習動詞詞組get up, have breakfast, watch tv, do homework等。
2.  在熟練掌握這些動詞詞組后，教師演示wash my face和brush my teeth這兩個詞組，讓學生學習。
d  presentation and drill新授和操練
1.  教師利用教具鐘以what’s the time? it’s….句型引導學生學習含有past和to的表示時間的詞組。
t:  (教師事先將鐘撥到6:30) what’s the time?
s1:  it’s six thirty.
t:  yes, it’s half past six. (教師將鐘撥到6:50)what’s the time?
s2:  it’s six fifty.
t:   yes, it’s ten to seven. (將鐘撥到6:45) what’s the time?
s3.:  it’s six forty-five.
t:   yes, it’s a quarter to seven.
2.  在學生已掌握時間表達法的基礎上，教師將教具鐘撥到相應的點鐘并說it’s half past six. it’s time to get up.再將鐘撥到6:45,問學生what time is it?引導學生回答it’s a quarter to seven.后，教師說yes, it’s time for breakfast. let’s have breakfast.引出what time is it? it’s time for….句型。教師示范發音，學生靜聽、模仿、跟讀。
3.  借助掛圖，解釋情境，教師說it’s thursday today. david has a lot of things to do. he’s busy. he has no rest.邊擺手邊裝著休息狀,引出單詞rest。
4.  出示本部分三個場景的掛圖，逐步呈現對話，讓學生看圖聽錄音，整體了解會話內容。引出、學習本部分單詞、詞組以及相關句型。
5.  聽錄音，學生模仿、跟讀會話。
e  practice and consolidation練習和鞏固
1.  學生小組內分角色朗讀會話。
2.  學生小組匯報朗讀會話。
3.  小組推薦組員到臺前用所學語言描述圖片內容。
4.  學生小組內看圖說話。
六、布置作業：
    聽錄音跟讀本課會話，小組進行會話，準備下節課表演會話。
