3、presentation (新課呈現(xiàn))
(1)let’s start:教師展示let’s start 部分的掛圖。教師介紹:look! zhang peng and his classmates are having a field trip. they are divided into two groups. one is the group of birds and animals. the other is the group of plants. let’s see what they are doing. 教師問(wèn):what is zhang peng doing? 引導(dǎo)學(xué)生回答:he is watching a fish.教師說(shuō):so, he belongs to group a. 教師指導(dǎo)學(xué)生將zhang peng的名字寫(xiě)進(jìn)a組的名單里。 學(xué)生兩人一組或四人一組,進(jìn)行問(wèn)答練習(xí)。 請(qǐng)幾位學(xué)生匯報(bào)討論結(jié)果。
(2)教師出示let’s try三幅圖片。引導(dǎo)學(xué)生就圖片內(nèi)容提問(wèn):who are they? what are they doing? 請(qǐng)幾位同學(xué)就畫(huà)面進(jìn)行描述。 此時(shí)教師可以就畫(huà)面提問(wèn),引出本課的重點(diǎn)句型:are they …?引導(dǎo)學(xué)生用yes,they are. / no, they aren’t.進(jìn)行回答。 教師播放let’s try錄音,學(xué)生聽(tīng)錄音,選擇。 教師再次播放錄音,訂正答案。如果學(xué)生能力能夠達(dá)到,可以讓學(xué)生進(jìn)行原文重復(fù)。
(3)教師在黑板上貼好四至五組人物圖片如:mike and wu yifan,sarah and amy,提問(wèn):who are they?,讓學(xué)生回答:they are…。 教師把catching butterflies的單詞短語(yǔ)卡片面朝下貼在第一組人物的下面,說(shuō):guess, what are they doing?引導(dǎo)學(xué)生用are they…?猜。 教師把不同的單詞短語(yǔ)的卡片面朝下分別貼在每組人物的下面,繼續(xù)游戲。
(4)請(qǐng)兩名學(xué)生上臺(tái),一起做一個(gè)動(dòng)作,教師問(wèn):are they catching butterflies?教師引導(dǎo)其他學(xué)生根據(jù)看到的動(dòng)作判斷,如果對(duì),就回答:yes,they are. 否則,就回答: no, they aren’t.需要注意的是,這里要選取容易做動(dòng)作表現(xiàn)的短語(yǔ)。 學(xué)生理解游戲規(guī)則后,再請(qǐng)兩名學(xué)生作一個(gè)動(dòng)作,請(qǐng)學(xué)生試著來(lái)猜:are they…?其他學(xué)生判斷:yes, they are./ no, they aren’t.
(5)教師在黑板上畫(huà)一棵樹(shù),問(wèn):what is it?引導(dǎo)學(xué)生回答: it is a tree. 然后,教師再畫(huà)一些樹(shù)并介紹說(shuō): what is it now? it is a woods. 教師板書(shū)woods,學(xué)生跟讀單詞。 教師在小樹(shù)林里畫(huà)兩個(gè)人,問(wèn):where are they?引導(dǎo)學(xué)生回答: they are in the woods. 學(xué)生學(xué)說(shuō)句子:where are they? they are in the woods.
教師根據(jù)對(duì)話提出幾個(gè)問(wèn)題: what is john doing? where are the students? are they catching butterflies? are they picking up leaves?
what are his classmates doing?
(6)教師播放錄音,學(xué)生帶著問(wèn)題聽(tīng)。
(7)學(xué)生試著回答問(wèn)題。教師訂正答案。
(8)學(xué)生打開(kāi)書(shū),教師再次播放錄音,學(xué)生跟讀對(duì)話。
4、consolidation and extension (鞏固和延伸)
(1)let’s play
教師請(qǐng)一名學(xué)生上來(lái)背對(duì)大家,再請(qǐng)兩名學(xué)生上來(lái)向臺(tái)下的學(xué)生展示一個(gè)單詞短語(yǔ),然后一起做卡片上的動(dòng)作,如:catching butterflies,臺(tái)下的學(xué)生一起問(wèn):what are they doing?站在前面的學(xué)生用are they…?句型來(lái)猜卡片上的短語(yǔ)。
(2)good to know
教師說(shuō):let’s go on a field trip. ok? what do we need? 引導(dǎo)學(xué)生進(jìn)行思考,說(shuō)出他們能夠想到的所有物品。教師帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生看書(shū)中所列的物品名稱。教師結(jié)合戶外野營(yíng)用品介紹相關(guān)知識(shí)。
