一、導入新課
1、read and write
（1）教師在黑板上畫一張卡片，并畫花朵、蠟燭等圖案，寫上happy birthday。教師請學生一起拼讀birthday。教師提問：what am i drawing ？學生回答：a birthday card.教師接著說：yes, you’re right. i am making a bithday card. 學生跟讀這個句子。
（2）教師給黑板上的birthday card畫上電腦邊框，以驚奇的語氣說：look, the card is in the computer! oh, it’s an e-card! 板書an e-card（根據學生實際情況決定是否加以解釋）。
教師簡筆畫一只鼠標，并做敲鍵盤與移鼠標的動作，在黑板較遠的一角貼grandma的卡片。教師說：now i am sending the e-card to grandma.板書sending an e-card，學生跟讀。
（3）教師放錄音，請學生聽錄音后回答文后總是并書寫答句。學生再跟讀一遍錄音，然后兩人一組進行朗讀練習。
2、let’s play
教師講解bingo游戲的規則后開始這個游戲。游戲進行到有三、四名學生“bingo!”的情況下即可停止或重新開始。
3、story time
教師播放story time部分的錄音。學生觀看，了解故事大意。
二、 操練
學生聽read and write部分的錄音，讀給同學聽。
三、鞏固與延伸
1、 學生完成b部分read and write 的配套練習
2、將story time 的故事說給父母聽
