4.能夠聽懂和理解story time中的故事。

準備 1.教師準備磁帶、錄音機和教師卡片。

教師播放節日歌曲，如：“jingle bell” “happy teacher’s day” 等，學生聽歌猜節日，進行師生問答，如：
t: when is christmas day / …?
s: it’s dec 25th.
二、presentation
(1)let’s try
a.聽錄音，選擇正確的日期。
b.請學生試著復述上述對話內容。
(2)let’s talk
a.教師播放對話錄音兩遍，而后提問：
when is sarah’s birthday?
when is zhang’s birthday?
學生根據對話內容回答出：
sarah’s birthday is in october.
zhang’s birthday is in march .
what’s the date?
sarah’s birthday is. october 1st.
zhang’s birthday’s is march 12th.”。
b.學生聽音跟讀三遍。
三、practice
1、分角色表演對話。
2、學生根據同學的生日組織一個新的對話，教師請若干組展示他們的對話。
3、let’s play
group work
a)教師展示課文中的調查表，而后與一組學生進行示范，問：“when is your birthday?”，將具體日期記下來。再問另一名學生“what about you? is your birthday in …, too?”。
b)學生以小組為單位，模仿教師進行調查并記錄結果，完成調查表。
