ask students to recall the relationship between pronouns and the word ‘to be’ and the word ‘to do’. give them some sentences on the blackboard, ask students to make a summary about the relationship. ask students to do some exercise. make students to use personal pronouns better.

ask students to use the different personal pronouns to introduce his/ her friend in the class. when he/ she is over, next should try to introduce what he/ she just listened and add one sentence with another pronouns.
eg. s1: i am millie. she is my new friend, amy.
s2: she is millie, she has a new friend, amy. they like english very much.

ask students how to use several pronouns at the same time. first, ask four students a group to talk about it, then write down the different opinions on the blackboard, make a conclusion.
