ⅰ、ask and answer: what are they?
由出示一本書開始問:what’s this?增加書的數量，引出what are they? they are……再利用一些實物進行問答，加以鞏固。
板書：what are they?  they are……
ⅱ、a guessing game: what’s in the bag?
教師拿出一個袋子，讓學生摸摸，然后猜猜包里有什么。
t: what are those in the bag? touch them and guess. are they……?
s: are they apple/……? t: yes, they are. / no, they aren’t.
從這個游戲引出新單詞keys.在這個游戲中教師可以通過物品數量的變化，讓學生對單復數有個初步的印象。
ⅲ、游戲：幫媽媽找鑰匙
教師自制大教學掛圖：一棟房子，（參考c/task time的圖），找一找，where are mother’s
keys? 房子中的任何物品都可以取下（先制作一棟房子的結構，每間屋子的英文名字貼上去，背后有yes/no的答案。每間屋子中的物品都可摘下。物品背后有答案，找到畫有鑰匙的部分即為找到）。學生在猜的過程中，運用語言are they …來提問。教師用yes, they are./ no, they aren’t來回答。最后教師讓學生閉上眼睛，然后教師把鑰匙插在教室的門上，輕輕地把門關好，問學生：where are the keys? ss: are they on the floor/on the teacher’s desk/……? 最后引出they are in the door.
ⅳ、游戲：心有靈犀：把全班學生分成兩大組，每組分別派出兩名學生，一名學生面對教師，另一名教師背對教師。教師指圖片問：where is\ are the…?背對教師的學生猜is it in…?\ are they in…?面對教師的學生判斷yes, it is.\ they are.\ no, it isn’t\ aren’t.
ⅴ、學習對話。帶著問題where are the keys?聽錄音學習對話。跟讀，強化語音、語調的訓練。
vi、教師讓學生根據本課及前面所學內容自編對話，然后讓學生到教室前表演他們自己所編的對話，選出最佳劇本獎和最佳演員獎。
let’s chant
ⅰ、教師出示sarah一家的照片及居室圖片。先介紹照片中的人物及相互關系，然后教師根據chant內容把人物放入相應的圖片中。
t: who’s in the living room?
s: mom is in the living room.
t: who’s in the kitchen?
s: my brother is in the kitchen.
ⅱ、聽本部分錄音，根據節奏輕聲哼唱。
iii、全體邊打節奏，邊跟節奏齊唱歌謠。

ⅰ、聽錄音，對書本p53的聽力題作出選擇。
ⅱ、再聽一遍，復述聽力內容，核對答案。

第六課時
教學目標：1、能聽、說、讀、寫單詞window, door, desk, chair, bed.
2、能運用本節課的五個四會單詞看圖填空，并正確朗讀和運用“write and say”部分的句型。
