二、教學目標
4.使學生能夠認識圖中的人物，并能說出他們的名字：mike, yang ling, nancy, liu tao。
5.學生能正確應用-hi/hello, i’m… what’s your name?，同時可以根據圖片提示進行對話。
6.學生能較熟練的掌握八個動物的英文表達。
7.幫助學生應用英語，使他們樂于用英語進行交流。
三、教學重點
熟練使用日常交際用語：hello / hi, i’m…，和good morning. 進行自由交流。
四、教學難點
將what’s your name?穿插于對話。
五、課前準備
教具準備：1.課前準備上節課八種動物的圖片及單詞卡片。（bird, dog, cat, monkey, elephant, zebra, panda, tiger）
2.關于對話的課件。
六、教學過程
1.free talk and motivation
⑴
t: hello, everyone. it’s a sunny day, isn’t it?
t: there’re some pictures in this magic box.
now i got one picture ,so guess what on the picture.
猜猜我手中的卡片上畫了什么？
教師可以在此強調一下a和an的用法。
⑵
t: let’s continue our game.
學生開火車回答，答對幾個加幾分。
教師宣布獲勝的小組。
2.dialogues
t: ok, game is over ,turn to page 9.
look at picture 1, tell me who on the picture 1.
教師可做相應的動作提高學生對教師指令的理解。
s: mike and yang ling.
t: yes. sit down.
t: can you make some sentences? if you are mike, you are yang ling.
now try in pairs.
教師在提示時暗示由同桌兩位同學編對話。
在做對話的過程中，教師要下講臺進行輔導，在學生表演時不僅要鼓勵他們上臺的表現還要鼓勵學生嘗試多用學過的知識編不同的對話。由于時間有限，教師為了防止有學生在課堂偷懶——不做對話，可對做對話的學生進行記錄。并提出課后抽查。
另外教師還可提示學生使用good morning打招呼。

s: liu tao and nancy

t: very good!
t: 現在第一組的同學根據第二幅圖做對話，第二組的同學做第三幅畫，三、四兩組同學做第四幅畫。開始！
教師在此處盡量找上一截沒有做對話的同學進行練習。在做第四幅畫時，可進行適當的指導，把氣氛搞活。
3.fun house
t: now let’s turn to page 10, go on this part.
你聽到哪個動物，你就在哪個動物上畫圈。
教師說明做法，特別是要指明四幅圖的位置及做法
