1. 教師利用掛圖將一幅自然公園圖呈現給學生，并引出is  th學生看圖回答后，并讓學生跟讀is there…？數遍，然后課件依次呈現“river” “ tree”和“sky”三幅圖，要求學生運用句型is there…in the…猜一猜，
設計意圖：直觀，生動的圖畫一目了然，讓學生再次明確本單元的重點內容，尤其是猜一猜這環節，充分發揮了學生的想象力。
2. 小黑板呈現以下句子，引導學生用歌曲“兩只老虎”的曲調唱歌

is there a bird ，is there a bird .
in the sky ，in the sky ？

設計意圖：學生喜歡唱歌，老歌換新詞更易于被學生接受，另外由于歌曲旋律活潑，悅耳動聽，可激發學生的學習熱情和興趣，學生再次鞏固句型：is  there…？

ss: she’s from zhanjiang.
t: yes, you’re right. then do you want to know more about zhanjiang? can you guess?（屏幕出現奧運冠軍冼東妹的照片，介紹她的部分背景資料資料，并讓學生猜一猜她的家鄉湛江有什么特色的地方？然后出現奧運冠軍李寧、李小雙、楊威等的圖片，以相同的方式進行教學）
