ⅱ.presentation and practice
1、present: principal, strict, university student.
用圖畫(huà)展示校務(wù)會(huì)議場(chǎng)景。認(rèn)識(shí)出席的各科教師，運(yùn)用pair work 中的對(duì)話形式：who’s that man/woman? he’s/she’s …. what’s he/she like? he/she is ….　然后引到（嚴(yán)肅的）principal. t: who’s that man? 引出新詞principal，帶讀。展示（微笑的）principal 和帶著一個(gè)博士帽的university student 的合影，以清華大學(xué)為背景，用紙遮住university student 的頭，讓學(xué)生猜principal邊上的誰(shuí)，在猜的過(guò)程中可復(fù)習(xí)一些人物稱謂的單詞。如son/brother/friend/student等，引出新詞university student帶講讀，最后比較兩幅圖上principal的不同表情。t: is she kind? is she strict? 引出新詞strict.
b. present : smart/ active
方案一：用university student的單人照，引出新詞smart.
t: look! he’s also a university student. what’s he like? (s: he’s thin/young.) he’s thinking. he’s smart.（補(bǔ)充：聰明的一休）
1) look! the principal is kind and strict. and the university student is very smart. now, look at miss lin and her students. what’s she like? what’re they like?
2)看一段課堂氣氛熱烈的錄像，引出she’s active.(they’re active.) 帶讀。
3)游戲鞏固新詞smart/active/strict/young.
● 活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)①：bingo. (class work)
● 活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)②：利用骰子進(jìn)行操練。（group work）
● 活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)③：利用單詞、字母的拼寫(xiě)進(jìn)行鞏固，學(xué)生手持一個(gè)字母，教師報(bào)單詞，學(xué)生上臺(tái)組合成該單詞。（class work）
方案二：
1)t: are you smart? let’s play games. let’s see. who is smart in our class.
● 活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)①：bingo. (class work)
● 活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)②：利用骰子進(jìn)行操練。（group work）
2) active
t: … is smart. but everyone is active.
看一段課堂氣氛熱烈的錄像。
t: look! what’s miss lin like? she’s active. and what are the students like? they are active. 帶讀新詞active.
游戲三：利用單詞、字母的拼寫(xiě)進(jìn)行鞏固，學(xué)生手持一個(gè)字母，教師報(bào)單詞，學(xué)生上臺(tái)組合成該單詞。（class work）
聽(tīng)let’s learn錄音、模仿。
c. let’s chant.
聽(tīng)、學(xué)let’s chant. 用背景圖展現(xiàn)chant內(nèi)容。其中的形容詞可用第一、二、三課時(shí)中所學(xué)的進(jìn)行替換、自編。
ⅲ. consolidation
1、讓學(xué)生聽(tīng)read and write.部分的對(duì)話。
2、以小組為單位自學(xué)對(duì)話。
3、讓學(xué)生完成文后練習(xí)。
4、教師發(fā)給學(xué)生一張事先準(zhǔn)備好的練習(xí)紙，其中的四會(huì)句子已經(jīng)刪去：
a. 自己試著填。b.小組討論。c. 教師指導(dǎo)填。d.學(xué)生自己看書(shū)校對(duì)。
ⅳ.homework
同學(xué)之間描述自己尊敬的一位老師或親密的朋友。

第四課時(shí)
教學(xué)目標(biāo)與要求
1、能進(jìn)一步鞏固已學(xué)單詞在對(duì)話中的運(yùn)用；
2、能進(jìn)一步激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的積極性，提高學(xué)生的會(huì)話能力與合作能力。
教學(xué)建議
ⅰ.warm-up
1、聽(tīng)唱歌曲《my new teacher》；
2、let’s chant (part b) （拍手a打節(jié)奏）
a. 老師問(wèn)，全班答；
b. 一生問(wèn)，全班答（伴錄音第一遍）；
c. 全班一起說(shuō)唱（伴錄音第二遍）。
