3.小組活動：
a: can your dog/cat…? b: yes,he/she can. no,he/she can’t.
第四步：練習 新 課 標 第 一網
1.由3引導學生說出he can…, but he can’t….
2.游戲：課前準備幾張寫有豬、雞、青蛙等的紙片和面具,紙片扣放在講臺上,面具放在一邊。兩人一組,一人手持面具,另一個翻看桌上的紙片,然后說：i can… ,but i can’t …手持面具者根據他的解說,判斷出是哪一種動物后,戴上面具說：he/she is a …he/she can…but he/she can’t…面具與紙片上所寫的動物對上的獲勝,由時間長短定,可尋找幾組進行練習。
3.學生兩人一組練習3。
4.小組活動,完成4。
第五步：綜合探究活動
布置作業：學生5人一組,每人向大家描述自己的能與不能。如：

b:i can play the guitar, but i can’t play football.

四人說完后,第五位同學向大家重復一句剛才的句子,讓大家正誤。
