田園鄉村風格是一般人對英國式家居的印象，一些花花草草的配飾，華美的家飾布及窗簾襯托出英國獨特的居室風格，小碎花圖案是英式鄉村調子的主題，英式手工沙發線條優美、顏色秀麗，注重面布的配色及對稱之美，越是濃烈的花卉圖案或條紋表現就越能傳達出英式風格的味道。今天，英國家具受近代建筑的影響，其風格早已產生革命性變化，不再以女性柔美為主流，反而高科技感、堅固實用的鋼鐵家具從另類中抬頭，形成一股強大力量，呈現出"未來派"風格，例如，以金屬色為主的燈飾、桌子等等。凡是帶有宇宙光澤的個性化產品，都成為了英國式家具的賣點。
